Is setup and takedown included in the rental price?
Setup and takedown are not included in the rental price. These services are available at an additional cost and are determined based on the size and complexity of the setup, as well as the location of your event. Please contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs.
How do I book a rental?
There are two ways to book your rentals:
- Get a Quote: Click the ‘Get a Quote’ button, submit your event details, and we’ll contact you to discuss your needs and finalize your booking.
- Checkout Process: Alternatively, you can book directly through the product page. Select your desired tables and linens, add ithem your cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your reservation request. Choose the option that best suits your needs, and we’ll ensure your tables are ready for your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made more than seven days before the scheduled setup date. Please note that the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within seven days of the event, additional cancellation fees may apply.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and other areas within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. If your event is outside of the Lower Mainland, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
