The following guest ranges are planning estimates for events with casual dancing. They refer to total event attendance, not the number of people standing on the floor simultaneously. If dancing will be a main feature, choose a larger size.
Each wood dance floor is assembled from 4′ x 4′ sections, so finished dimensions must be multiples of four feet. Larger and custom layouts may be available upon request.
The base price includes the wood dance floor panels required for your selected size. It does not include delivery, post-event pickup, mandatory setup and takedown, or optional aluminum edging.
Aluminum-edge notice: Aluminum perimeter edges are not included with the standard dance floor build. They can be added for an additional cost and must be requested in advance.

Before ordering, measure the usable area and confirm that the selected floor will fit. Leave enough surrounding space for walkways, the DJ table, tables or staging, and normal guest movement.
If you are unsure which size to choose, provide your available dimensions, expected guest count, and venue layout. We can recommend a practical size based on your space and how prominently dancing will feature.
The installation area must be firm and relatively level. Suitable surfaces include indoor flooring, concrete, patio pavers, asphalt, turf, and firm, relatively level grass.
Gravel surfaces are not permitted.
Outdoor suitability depends on the weather and ground conditions. Soft or muddy ground, standing water, or an uneven installation area may prevent safe installation.
If rain is forecast, consider placing the dance floor beneath a tent or other suitable coverage.
Delivery is available across Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and Delta, as well as nearby areas.
Please disclose stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, tight gates, restricted loading areas, limited parking, and venue-specific delivery or pickup windows.
