Setup Notes

This tent is installed by our team. Setup time depends on access and site conditions.

• Surface: best on reasonably level grass, turf, patio pavers, and concrete
• Access: stairs, long carries, tight load-ins, and limited parking can affect timing and pricing
• Planning: share the exact setup location so we can confirm the install plan and anchoring approach

Site Checklist

• Clear space: remove furniture, planters, and low branches from the setup zone
• Underground lines: confirm no sprinkler lines or utilities in the install area (for grass installs)
• Access path: note gates, stairs, tight turns, or long carries from parking to the setup area
• Timing: share any venue rules for load-in and load-out so we can plan properly

Weather and Comfort Notes

• Sun: clear vinyl can feel warmer in direct sun. Plan airflow and shade timing when possible.
• Evening chill: temperatures can drop fast after dusk. Heaters help for cooler nights.
• Condensation: morning dew can form on clear panels. A later install window can help.
• Rain: droplets show on a clear roof. Lighting still looks good, but expect visible water beading.
