How Many Chairs Do I Need?

• Ceremony seating: 1 chair per guest, plus a few extra.
• Dinner seating: 1 chair per place setting. Add spares for vendors or staff if needed.
• Meeting / classroom: 1 chair per attendee, plus 2–5 extras for flexibility.

If you tell us your guest count and event type, we can sanity check the quantity before delivery.

These chairs work well indoors and outdoors on firm, reasonably level ground. Avoid soft or muddy areas, sloped surfaces, or standing water. If you’re setting up on grass, turf, patio pavers, or concrete, tell us the surface type and we’ll confirm what to expect.

Setup Options

You can set up the chairs yourself, or add professional placement and pickup by our team. Setup pricing depends on timing, quantity, location, and site access. If your delivery involves stairs, elevators, long carries, tight hallways, gravel paths, or limited parking, include that in your notes so we can quote accurately.
