Rental details: Delivery and post-event pickup are required and quoted separately. Professional setup and takedown by our team are mandatory and cost $100. Customer setup and customer pickup are not available.
Aluminum edging: Not included with the standard build. It can be added for an additional cost when requested in advance.
Before booking: The floor requires a firm, relatively level surface and cannot be installed on gravel. Confirm that the selected size fits while leaving room for walkways, the DJ, and guest movement.

Our black dance floors are assembled from 4′ x 4′ sections. Every standard or custom layout must use dimensions that are multiples of four feet.
These recommendations assume casual dancing and refer to total event attendance. Choose a larger floor if dancing will be a major feature.
The base price includes the black dance floor panels required for your selected size. It does not include delivery, post-event pickup, mandatory setup and takedown, or optional aluminum edging.
Aluminum-edge notice: Aluminum perimeter edges are not included with the standard build. They can be added for an additional cost when requested in advance.
Measure the available space and confirm that the entire floor will fit. Leave sufficient room for walkways, the DJ table, speakers, tables, chairs, staging, and normal guest movement.

The installation area must be firm, relatively level, and large enough for the selected floor.
Soft ground, mud, standing water, unsafe weather, or an uneven area may prevent outdoor installation. Tent coverage is recommended when rain is expected.
Delivery and post-event pickup costs are calculated separately because every location has different travel and access requirements.
Include any stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, tight gates, narrow hallways, restricted entrances, limited parking, loading restrictions, and venue-specific delivery windows in your quote request.
