16′ stage packages: sizes and base prices

All 16′ stage packages have a fixed depth of 16′. Choose the width based on your available venue space, the number of people using the stage, and the amount of furniture, equipment, or movement room required.

• 16′ × 16′ — $1,360: A large square stage rental for panels, awards, ceremonies, keynote presentations, bands, and performances requiring substantial movement space.
• 16′ × 20′ — $1,700: Additional width for larger groups, bands, choirs, corporate productions, and performances requiring both depth and width.

The prices above are the base stage-package prices. Required delivery, return pickup, professional setup, and takedown are quoted separately based on the stage size, confirmed height, event location, schedule, and site access.

What’s included with these stage rentals

• 16′-deep modular stage deck: You select a width of 16′ or 20′.
• Stage stairs: Included for access to the confirmed stage height.
• Black stage skirting: Included for a clean, finished appearance.

Pipe and drape, podiums, ramps, audio equipment, lighting, and other event rentals are not included unless specifically listed in your quote or order.

Choosing the height for 16′ stage packages

Two stage heights are available:

• 16″ height: A lower-profile option that provides elevation while keeping the stage closer to floor level.
• 24″ height: Provides additional elevation when stronger sightlines or a more prominent stage presence are required.

Important height-selection requirement: You must choose either the 16″ or 24″ height before your order is finalized and prepared for delivery.

Because our 16′ stage packages use different leg sets for each height, we load and deliver only the legs required for your confirmed selection. The alternate set of stage legs is not brought to the venue.

The stage height cannot be changed when our crew arrives or during installation. Please do not wait until the setup appointment to choose between 16″ and 24″.

Professional setup for 16′ stage packages

All stage setup and takedown must be completed by our team. Customer setup and customer pickup are not available for these packages.

Required setup and takedown costs are calculated using:

• Stage size: 16′ × 16′ or 16′ × 20′
• Confirmed stage height: 16″ or 24″
• Site access: Stairs, elevators, long carries, narrow entrances, and loading restrictions
• Installation conditions: Surface type, available space, event schedule, and setup location
