Choose Your Pipe & Drape Option
- Booths: backwalls and side returns for vendor booths and branded spaces, from smaller exhibitor setups to larger multi-booth layouts.
- Backdrops: clean drape runs for stages, head tables, photo areas, DJ booths, and sponsor walls.
- Room dividers / walls: longer runs to split rooms, hide storage, define entrances, or create privacy areas.

Common Uses
- Weddings: head table backdrops, ceremony backgrounds, and room splits.
- Corporate: stage backdrops, sponsor walls, and clean room dividers.
- Private events: photo moments, DJ backdrops, and privacy walls.
- Trade shows: booths, perimeters, and storage screening.
Quick Planning Guide
- Booths: booth size (ex: 10×10 or 10×20) + whether you want side returns. For simple exhibitor layouts, start with our exhibit booth packages. For larger show floors, see trade show booth packages for 10–24 booths.
- Backdrops: target width + what it’s for (head table, photo area, DJ, sponsor wall).
- Room dividers / walls: total linear footage + any openings you need to keep clear.
Tip: If the drape will be seen from both sides, mention that. Corners and returns matter for a finished look.
Heights and Coverage
- Standard heights: 8′, 10′, and 12′ options.
- Best fit: 8′ is common for most rooms. Taller heights work well in ballrooms and high-ceiling venues.
- Coverage: tell us what you want to hide and what needs to look photo-ready (we’ll recommend the cleanest build).
Good to Know
- Install timing: we coordinate setup and takedown around your venue schedule.
- Access matters: stairs, elevators, tight hallways, long carries, and limited loading access can add time and cost.
- Venue rules: if your venue requires specific materials or has height limits, share that up front.
How it works: Send your venue address, event times, access notes, and the option you want (booth, backdrop, or wall). We confirm layout, then schedule install + takedown.
