Choose your stage package

• Pick your depth:
  • 8′ stage packages – speeches, ceremonies, smaller setups
  • 12′ stage packages – panels, DJs, bands with some gear
  • 16′ stage packages – bigger groups and more movement room
• Choose your height: 16″ or 24″ (24″ helps in larger rooms).
• Included in each package: stage + black skirting + one set of stairs.
• Confirm surface + access: level area required. We confirm stairs, elevators, tight halls, and long carries.

Good to know before you book

• Setup/takedown required: we install and remove all stages for safety and stability.
• Surface: must be level, clean, and dry. If it’s uneven, we’ll recommend the safest placement.
• Height affects scope: 16″ vs 24″ can change install time and pricing.
• Access affects pricing: stairs, elevators, tight hallways, or long carries may add fees (confirmed after review).
• Timing: we coordinate install + pickup around your venue schedule.
• Extra stairs: add stairs if you want access from more than one side.
