What size portable stage do I need for my event?
The right portable stage size depends on your room, how many people will be on stage, and whether you need space for podiums, chairs, or gear. Quick guide:

Yes. Our portable stage rental packages work well indoors and outdoors when the surface is suitable. Outdoor setups need firm, stable, and reasonably level ground (no soft lawn, mud, or standing water).
If weather is a concern, we’ll confirm the site conditions and recommend the safest placement before booking.
Do you provide delivery and setup services?
Yes. Our stage rental service is delivery-only, and setup/takedown is completed by our team for safety and stability. Customer pickup is not offered.

How long does it take to set up the stage?
Setup time depends on the stage size, height (16" or 24"), and site access. Most installs are completed in about 30–60 minutes once we’re unloaded and on site.
Stairs, elevators, long carries, tight hallways, or limited parking can add time. We’ll confirm timing with your venue schedule before install day.
Is the stage safe for performances?
Yes, when it’s installed on a suitable surface and assembled correctly. Our team handles setup and takedown to ensure the stage is built level, stable, and ready for speakers and performers.
Stairs are included for safe access. We’ll also confirm the surface and any access constraints (slopes, soft ground, tight installs) before booking.
How far in advance should I book the stage rental?
Book as early as you can, especially for weekend events and busy seasons. A deposit holds your date once we’ve confirmed stage size, height (16″ or 24″), delivery address, and access details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled setup date.
- The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees (based on committed labor and logistics).
