It depends on seating vs standing, and what you put under the tent.
10′ x 10′ (about):
– Standing: 10–15 people
– Seated: 6–10 people
– Fits: 1–2 standard tables
10′ x 20′ (about):
– Standing: 20–30 people
– Seated: 16–24 people
– Fits: 2–3 standard tables, or a long buffet/vendor layout

– Setup and takedown (optional)
– Sidewalls, gutters, and other add-ons (optional)

No. Customer pickup is not available.
All canopy rentals are delivery-only. This helps us keep installs safe and make sure the tent is properly anchored.

Do you set up the canopy, or do I set it up myself?
We can handle setup for you, and we’ll make sure it’s anchored correctly.
If you want to do your own setup, tell us when you request a quote. Some sites and events require professional setup for safety and compliance.
Takedown can also be added if you want us to handle everything.
How are canopy tents secured and anchored?
We anchor pop-up canopies using weighted anchors.
Basic rule:
– One anchor per tent leg (minimum)
We match the anchoring to:
– Tent size (10×10 vs 10×20)
– Surface (grass, concrete, asphalt, pavers)
– Site exposure (open fields vs sheltered yards)
If your site is windy or exposed, we may recommend upgrading to a marquee/frame tent for better stability.
Are pop-up canopies ok in rain and wind?
Pop-up canopies handle sun and light rain well.
They are not designed for storms or high wind.
– If wind picks up, the canopy should be taken down.
– Do not leave a pop-up canopy up unattended overnight.
Weather damage can happen fast with pop-ups. If you need stronger protection, we can quote a marquee/frame tent instead.
Can I add sidewalls, lighting, tables, or chairs?
Yes. Popular add-ons include:
– Sidewalls (for wind and privacy)

– Tables (banquet, round, cocktail)
– Chairs (folding or resin)

Book as early as you can for May–September weekends.
