Welcome to our website! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and services operated by VANCAN Events (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Rental Terms and Conditions

The rental of our equipment is governed by the following terms and conditions:

Rental Period

Our standard rental period is defined as a “weekend” which is from Friday (evening) to Monday (evening). We also offer a 1-week rate that gives you 7 days of rental.

Payment Terms

A 25% Deposit Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due within 7 Days of your event date. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment, as specified on our website.

Equipment Care and Responsibility

The equipment rented remains the property of VANCAN Events. The client assumes responsibility for all equipment rented from the time of delivery until the time of pick up. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted.

The client agrees to use the equipment in a responsible manner and in accordance with any instructions provided. The client assumes full responsibility for the operation of the equipment rented and any damage resulting from misuse or abuse.

Damages and Liability

The client assumes liability for all damages, loss or theft of equipment rented from VANCAN Events. The client agrees to pay for any repairs, replacement, or cleaning costs required as a result of damage or loss to the equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is protected from damage, theft or loss while in their possession.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your rental for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the rental period will receive a rebooking credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental period will not receive a refund.
