Fabric backdrops for stages, photos and head tables. Straight runs are priced per 10-foot section, with hardware, setup and takedown included. Delivery is extra.

Room Dividers / Walls
Divide event spaces or screen storage and service areas. Equipment is priced by total wall length. Setup, takedown and delivery are quoted separately.
How pricing works: Straight backdrops are priced by 10-foot section with setup and takedown included. Room-divider equipment is priced per linear foot, with labour quoted separately. Booth pricing depends on the selected package and layout. Delivery is extra.
Coverage guide: Measure the width you need covered. For a straight backdrop, 10 feet uses one section, 20 feet uses two and 30 feet uses three. For corners or separate walls, send a simple sketch.

What heights and colours are available?
We offer 8-foot, 12-foot, and 16-foot drape in black or white, subject to your event date and layout. Tell us your ceiling height and the area you need covered. Taller requirements need confirmation before booking.
How much does pipe and drape rental cost?
Straight backdrop rentals start at $129 per 10-foot section, including hardware, setup and takedown. Room-divider equipment starts at $8 per linear foot, with setup and takedown quoted separately.
Booths are quoted by package and layout. Delivery and tax are extra. Minimum rental orders apply. Your quote confirms the height, rental period and full total.

How much pipe and drape do I need?
Measure the horizontal width of each area you want covered and choose a height. Straight backdrops are ordered in 10-foot sections. For room dividers, add the length of each wall. Include a sketch for corners, openings or separate runs.
Do you provide pipe and drape for trade-show booths?

Can pipe and drape be used outdoors?
Our standard setups are for indoor events on a firm, level surface. Outdoor use needs a separate review of the location and conditions before we confirm the booking.
Where do you deliver, and can I pick up the equipment?
We deliver across Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and Richmond. Customer pickup is not offered. Delivery charges and minimum rental orders depend on your location.
