Yes, our dance floors can be used both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a relatively level surface to ensure safe and secure installation of the dance floor. Our team will then install the floor to meet safety standards.
What surfaces can the dance floor be installed on?
Our dance floors can be installed on various surfaces, including grass, concrete, and wood. For outdoor setups, we are not responsible for ensuring the ground is level. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a level surface for safe installation of the dance floor.
Is setup and takedown included in the rental price?
Setup and takedown are not included in the rental price. These services are available at an additional cost and are determined based on the size and complexity of the setup, as well as the location of your event. Please contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs.
Can I pick up and install the dance floor myself?
No, our dance floors require special handling due to their size and weight. To ensure safe transport and proper installation, our team delivers and sets up all dance floors professionally. Self-pickup and installation are not permitted.
How do I book a dance floor rental?
There are two ways to book your dance floor rental:

- Checkout Process: Alternatively, you can book directly through the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made more than seven days before the scheduled setup date. Please note that the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within seven days of the event, additional cancellation fees may apply.

We deliver to Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and other areas within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. If your event is outside of the Lower Mainland, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
