What sizes of dance floors do you offer?
We build dance floors in square sizes like 12×12, 16×16, and 20×20. Need a custom size? Tell us your space and we’ll recommend the best fit.
What size dance floor do I need?
Most events need a floor sized for about 1/3 of your guests dancing at once. If you expect a high-energy crowd, size up. Send your guest count and venue space and we’ll recommend the best size.
Can the dance floor be used outdoors?
Yes. We install dance floors indoors and outdoors on a firm, level base. Grass or gravel may need a subfloor. Uneven ground or steep slopes are not suitable. Send a photo and we’ll confirm.
What surfaces can the dance floor be installed on indoors and outdoors?
Best surfaces: concrete, hardwood, tile, and other hard, level floors.
Outdoors: flat grass may work, but often needs a subfloor.
Not suitable: sand, loose gravel, mud, steep slopes, uneven ground.

Is setup and takedown included in the rental price?
No. Setup and takedown are not included. Delivery and professional installation are available for an extra fee, and we’ll include all costs in your quote.
Can I pick up and install the dance floor myself?
No. For liability and product protection, we only provide dance floors with professional delivery, setup, and pickup by our team.
How do I book a dance floor rental?
You can book your dance floor rental in 2 ways:
Request a Quote (recommended): Click “Check Availability & Get a Quote” and send your date, venue address, floor choice, and size. We’ll confirm availability and send a clear quote for delivery, setup, and takedown.
Start from a Product Page: Choose your floor style and size, then click “Get a Quote”. We’ll confirm the details and send pricing for delivery, setup, and takedown.
Delivery + setup is handled by our team. Customer pickup is not offered. Your booking is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay the deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made more than 7 days before your scheduled setup date.
The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations within 7 days of the event, additional cancellation fees may apply because the date and crew time have been held for you.
If you need to change your date, contact us as soon as possible.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond, plus nearby areas in the Lower Mainland.
Delivery pricing depends on your venue location, access (stairs/elevator), and timing. Send your address and event times and we’ll confirm the delivery fee in your quote.
