Need a clean backdrop that makes your stage, head table, or photo area look finished? Our pipe and drape systems in Vancouver create tidy backgrounds for weddings, corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and private parties across Vancouver and nearby areas.

Pipe & drape is commonly used for stage backdrops, step-and-repeat style photo areas, head tables, ceremony backdrops, quick booth builds, and simple room dividers. How to order: Select your height and colour, then add the number of 10 ft sections you need to build your total width.

Installed pricing (shown on this page): The price for each 10′ section includes drape + hardware + professional setup and takedown for a straight backdrop run. Delivery is required and is quoted based on your venue location and access. Customer pickup is not offered.

Heights Available

• 8 ft – head tables, photo walls, booths, media backdrops
• 12 ft – most common for stages and photo backdrops
• 16 ft – higher ceilings, larger stages, stronger visual presence

How Many 10 ft Sections Do I Need?

Widths are built in 10 ft sections. Add the quantity that matches your required coverage:

• 10 ft wide backdrop = add 1 section
• 20 ft wide backdrop = add 2 sections
• 30 ft wide backdrop = add 3 sections
• 40 ft wide backdrop = add 4 sections

• Space planning: measure the exact width you need covered and note doors, corners, or staging.
• Access matters: stairs, elevators, long carries, tight hallways, or limited parking can affect timing and cost.
• Schedule: allow setup and takedown time inside your venue booking window.
