Coverage and Layout Guide

• Standing or cocktail layout: provides covered standing space for approximately 10–15 people
• Seated layout: best for one dining table with seating for approximately 6–10 guests, depending on the table type and required clearance
• Vendor or service layout: fits 1–2 tables when full guest seating is not required
• Common uses: vendor booth, check-in table, food station, bar, gift table, DJ area, merchandise display, or compact shade area

Guest capacity and furniture fit can vary depending on the table style, chair arrangement, equipment, and clearance required around the canopy.

Safety weights, walls, lighting, delivery, and professional setup are not included in the base tent price unless they are added separately.

Anchoring and Safety Weights

Safety weights are required whenever a 10×10 pop-up canopy tent is in use. Each 10×10 canopy requires 4 weights—one securely installed on each leg.

Weights are rented separately. Add 4 rubber safety weights for each 10×10 canopy in your order.

A canopy must not be used without the required anchoring. If you choose customer setup, all four weights must be installed before the canopy is used.

Optional Add-Ons

• Solid walls: add privacy and additional side coverage with 10′ solid canopy walls. Walls can catch wind and may not be suitable in every location or weather condition.
• String lighting: for evening events, add warm canopy string lighting to improve visibility and give the space a more finished appearance after dark.

Customer Setup or Professional Installation

You may set up the canopy yourself or add professional setup and takedown by our team for an additional cost.

If you choose customer setup, you are responsible for fully opening and securing the canopy and installing all four required weights—one per leg—before use.

Professional setup pricing depends on the event timing, location, number of tents, and site access. Include any stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, tight gates, loading restrictions, or limited parking with your order details.

Some venues, sites, and events may require professional installation for safety or compliance.

Weather and Surface Requirements

• Suitable surfaces: reasonably level grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and patio pavers
• Weather: pop-up canopies provide fair-weather coverage and are not designed for storms or high winds
• Changing conditions: the canopy must be taken down if wind or other weather conditions become unsafe
• Overnight use: do not leave the canopy installed outdoors overnight or unattended unless approved in advance

Our team may decline or stop installation when the surface, wind, weather, or site conditions make safe use impractical.

This product is delivery-only; customer pickup is not available. Delivery and pickup fees are based on your address, order size, timing, parking, and site access.
