20×40 Tent Setup Notes

This tent is installed by our team. Please allow 2–3 hours for setup depending on access and site conditions.

• Surface: works best on reasonably level grass, turf, patio pavers, and concrete
• Access: stairs, elevators, long carries, tight load-ins, and limited parking can affect timing and pricing
• Planning: share the exact setup location on the property so we can confirm the install plan

Site Checklist (Before Event Day)

• Clear space: confirm the setup area is clear of furniture, planters, and low branches
• Underground lines: if the tent is going on grass, confirm there are no sprinkler lines or utilities in the install zone
• Access path: note gates, stairs, tight turns, or long carries from parking to the setup area
• Timing: share any venue rules for load-in and load-out so we can plan properly
